Dr. Joyce Brehm
Dr. Joyce Brehm is the Free Health Clinic’s primary doctor. Dr. Joyce M Brehm is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Stoughton, Wisconsin. She graduated with honors from University Of Wisconsin Medical School in 1981. Having more than 38 years of diverse experiences, especially in INTERNAL MEDICINE.
Mike Donahue, RN
Mike owned his own insurance agency until he retired in 2018. During that time, Mike became interested in the health care through mission work and went back to get his RN degree in 2003. Knowing the importance of good health, Mike wanted to help others achieve that same goal. Mike has been RN at the clinic since 2013. He strongly believes that cost should not prevent anyone from receiving quality healthcare.
Sarah Ebert, Clinic Coordinator
Sarah Ebert, Clinic Coordinator. Sarah is the newest member of the Free Health Clinic Team. Sarah has worked in hospitals for over 24 years and is currently employed at Stoughton Hospital. Sarah is a Stoughton native and for her, the clinic is a perfect way to give back to a community she calls home.

Samanth Juve, Clinical Social Worker
Samantha Juve is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides outpatient mental health therapy at the clinic. Samantha has worked in the mental health field for 7 years and is a private practice therapist in Madison and Janesville. When she is not seeing patients Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors. She volunteers at the clinic because she feels it is important to support the people of her community.
Vicki Carroll, RN
Vickie has been a Stoughton Hospital employee for 28 years and a Free Health Clinic volunteer for 6 years. During that time, she has treated many patients that have had serious health conditions with little to no insurance. Vickie understands the importance of having quality health care and this Clinic provides her the opportunity to be a part of that care. The desire to see a patient improve their health is the reason Vickie volunteers.
Tina DeGroot, PhD, APRN
Tina has been an Advance Practice Nursing Prescriber since 1996 specializing in General & Vascular Surgery and Wound Care for Adults, Pediatrics and Neonates. Prior to that Tina spent her time moving from novice to expert in Trauma ICU, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery. Along with her Physician partner Tina spent 16 years starting rural health clinics in Northeast Wisconsin and had a very large Native American and Corrections patient population.
Born and raised in Stoughton, WI rural health and the health care needs of people living in rural areas has become her primary passion. She is currently working with various leaders in the Madison area for the last 2 years focusing on Nursing Workforce growth in rural areas throughout Wisconsin and practices one day a week at Monroe Clinic as an APC in General and Vascular Surgery. Tina has recently been elected to serve on the Wisconsin Nurses Association Workforce Development Team and assists Graduate Students at Edgewood with clinical placement.
